SOFAS AND LARGE ITEMS
Our 2 man delivery from DX is completed within 48 hours of leaving us throughout the UK and Northern Ireland & The Republic Of Ireland.
How it works
1) You receive a tracking number with an email and SMS
2) The date is set immediately after the tracking number is received for 2 days after.
3) At 6pm the day before delivery you will receive a time slot of 2 hours
4) Delivery is made within the time slot.
Our 2 man delivery from Empire can take 7-10 days across mainland UK only once the item leaves us. How this works.
1) You receive a tracking number by email
2) Once scanned in at Empire you receive an email
3) within 3-5 working days you will receive a date for delivery 
4) The day before delivery you will receive a time slot

These are our zoned areas for delivery.

Suites and Sofas - 10-25 Working days is our aim for all sofas. We do aim to deliver within 7-10 days but please allow 10-25 especially at busy times such as Christmas and Black Friday. 

Delivery of a sofa to areas such as the Highlands of Scotland and offshore areas can take between 20-30 working days. 

For made to order items (Larger sofa beds) Please allow an extra 5 working days at certain times.

Sofa beds - Please work off the standard Suites and Sofas answer above for this.

Love your bed bed delivery explained
 Beds and Bedroom Furniture - Please allow 5 days for delivery. We do aim for 2 days on this and in some cases we can send out next day delivery. But please allow 5 days. You will receive a booking slot from the courier to choose your day in some instances. Others couriers will contact you direct to arrange. 
    3) Mattresses - Our mattresses are sent out direct via a courier firm such as DPD or DHL and will be delivered to you within 48 hours.
